Balloon and Rentals Care Disclaimer

Cool Nabs Events is not liable for balloons once they are out of our care. Cool Nabs Events uses only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup.

Upon completion of setup and departure from the venue, all rental items provided by Cool Nabs Events become the sole responsibility of the client. The client assumes full liability for any loss, theft, or damage to Cool Nabs Events' property from that point forward. Any costs associated with repair or replacement will be billed to the client.
